No pressure and no mystery: here's the inspection, step by step, including what happens if the answer is 'your roof is fine.'
Send the request form or call (713) 555-0126. We schedule a window that suits you; someone 18+ should be home. If a storm just passed, it's worth noting the date — claim windows run from it.
The inspector works the roof plane by plane, then the attic: shingles, flashing, vents, decking, ventilation, and any storm damage, photographed as he goes. You'll be shown what's being found as it's found.
You receive the photos and a plain-language verdict — repair, replace, or monitor — plus, when work is warranted, an itemized quote with material, tear-off scope, and warranty terms. No quote is valid only 'today'.
Sleep on it. Get a second opinion if you like — the photos are yours to share. If you proceed, most repairs are scheduled within days and most replacements finish in 1–2 days.
It is a condition assessment by a roofing specialist, with photographic evidence. It isn't an insurance adjuster's determination — your insurer makes its own call — but our reports are built to the documentation standard adjusters work from, and we'll say plainly when we think a claim isn't supported by what's on the roof.
It also isn't a sales trap. Inspections that end in "monitor" cost us an hour and earn us a reputation we intend to keep — this is a new business, and written honesty is how it grows.
An inspector gets on the roof, checks the attic side too, photographs everything, and tells you — in writing — whether you need a repair, a replacement, or nothing at all. Most inspections take about an hour.
